Jon Nicolas says:

did you know that the galaxy active is a samsung dimensional copy of apple nike+

Richard Moore says:

Great detailed review! Was the heart beat issue ever reported to Samsung? That just sucks on this watch is expensive and a simple heart rate sensor is not accurate.

jkeener1988 says:

I just got the Samsung Galaxy (Non Active) 46mm MEN version for $260 at Costco and it includes a 2nd battery charger. Works well with my Samsung Galaxy phone! ๐Ÿ™‚

J Home says:

If you accidentally brought your watch up to your chest could you accidentally scratch the surface with those nipples……. ๐Ÿ™‚

Mason Elliott says:

You need to update the pricings

Dawood Adamjee says:

Hi Eric, please review the galaxy watch again. I believe the one ui update has fixed the heart rate monitor. No more flat lines etc. You may want to check this one out.

Likhilo _Ant-Man says:

My dudes ripped ! Lmao

How can i get the GW Active WatchFace on my Galaxy Watch

Basem AL Moudares says:

Hey Eric! You've mentioned that the watch active needs a latest samsung phones to use the blood pressure. could you please tell us starting from what model. and is it the OS V of the phone, or the model it self.

Yousef Elbatrawy says:

Heart beats differ from hand to hand

Khaled Ashraf says:

Which one is rights apple or galaxy watch for the no. Of heart rate?

Ian-Devon Lewis says:

I don't know. I like the points that you pointed out. Refresh rate really pulled me in at start. Had the last galaxy watch, current active in my opinion is brighter. Always felt like I had to readjust it irregularly. Battery definitely worse I charge everything when I sleep and sometimes at work if i ran alot or rucked. Heat rate accuracy, for me low blood pressure and smaller wrists(6_4, 190ish lbs). Hardly a discrepancy when I got my check up at the va and my primary care. I don't know different body type.

Bibi Rai says:

Why did i have to watch this video after purchasing the galaxy watch active? Now I'm regretting it. Lol.

James Baker says:

Really good comparison! I was thinking about replacing my Galaxy Watch with the Galaxy Active to have something a little lighter on my wrist. Have me a lot too think about. I think I'll stick with the Galaxy Watch.

Mountain Man says:

So are they coming out with a better galaxy sometime soon?

Nice half reps dude in the background @ 5:31

Alise A says:

How long hold battery?

Lucian Lazar says:

Nice review, I was actually considering the active before watching your video! You saved me 200$… What watch do you recommend for gym based exercises regarding the optical heart rate? Thank you in advance

mtndewdev says:

Wish samsung offered a more feminine selection of the galaxy watch since its so huge and bulky for smaller wrists

Derek Lapp says:

Was very interested to see that Samsung does not use heart rate in their algorithm to calculate calories burned. Is this the case for other smartwatches including apple, Fitbit, Google OS and Garmin?

Evergreen Tree says:

I bought the active. Why? Because it's the only smart watch I've seen that I don't think will look ugly and clunky on my tiny wrist.

John Davis says:

Yeah the active looks MUCH better. The regular looks like a toy.

FalconPunch1978 says:

I wonder if the sensor would work better on the bottom side of the wrist. Great review, Should be getting my galaxy watch tomorrow, canโ€™t wait!

ูˆู„ูŠุฏ ุงู„ู…ุนู„ู… says:

The worst sports watch because of the disappointing pulse

Wembley 808 says:

Guess your not a swimmer? would love to see how it did there.

You're speaking to the fitness people, not everyone is like you and some like me want to get into it, I don't really care if it's 100% accurate, only it keeps me active..

better call Saul says:

but.. how did you burn calories before any smart watch? or this is a need that you have created in your head in order this to be a huge problem?!
